United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will visit the University of Santo Tomas, today, November 13 2009. Part of her 24-hour visit in the country, Thomasian student leaders and from other educational institutions will be given a few minutes to dialogue with her.

Meanwhile, Espana Gate 4 and Dapitan Exit are closed from 5 AM to 11 AM. Motorist are advised to use open entrances of Dapitan (Gate 10) and Lacson Gates, while open exits will only be at the P.
